How does the remote session work?
I send you instructions to open an encrypted connection to your computer. You see everything I do on screen and can end the session whenever you want.
What hours?
Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00 and Saturday 09:00–13:00.
What if it can’t be fixed remotely?
In Greater Lisbon, Cascais and Margem Sul we arrange a visit. Elsewhere, I tell you exactly what you need to get it fixed locally.
